Dee Den Drops a New Summer Menu

The Sunny Coasts must-do dining experience has dropped a new menu, just in time for the Silly Season.

You’ve probably heard all about Dee Den, despite only being open since early 2022, they’ve quickly become the newest hotspot for Modern Asian Fusion not only in Buderim, but all over South-East Queensland.

Dee Den has graced us again with a fresh, new summery menu full of Southeast Asian flavours for the warmer months.

Dee Den’s new menu features plenty of Asian Tapas style entrees for you and your chosen company to snack on. New additions such as their Spanner Crab Betel Leaves are a fresh welcome before your mains.

If you're in the mood for some pre-dinner shots, they now serve Coffin Bay Oysters - go natural or enjoy with an Asian Sauv Blanc Vinaigrette.

It wouldn’t be Dee Den without some reckless creativity, and their new dishes deliver on all fronts.

Some standouts include (but are definitely not limited to) their Lamb Shank Rendang Curry, a hearty dish packed with Indonesian spices, potatoes, lotus root chips and mouthwatering tender lamb.

If you’re after something a little lighter, don’t fret, there’s plenty of dishes for you. Their Wagyu Basil & Betel Leaf Stir Fry is the best of both worlds, featuring a mix of traditional Thai spices and aromatics, apple eggplant, green beans and a hint of chilli.

The fun doesn’t stop there, Dee Den has also generously dropped a new drinks menu to pair with their summery bites.

Expected the unexpected when it comes to your classics, or indulge in something a little different.

The taste of summer for us is their Mango Daiquiri, which Dee Den describes as dangerously drinkable with tropical tastes of Coconut Rum, Victorian distillers Autonomy Orange Liqueur, lime and obviously, mango.

If you’re overwhelmed by all the new goodies (we can’t blame you), Dee Den offers you the perfect solution.

Go full Omakase mode, and pick their ‘Trust the Chef’ option, where you’ll receive a banquet from Chef Mike who will cook you a feast showcasing the very best of Dee Den. If you’re not too hungry, perhaps you can consult their ‘Foodie Adventure Map’ to help you choose.

Dee Den is open Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner sessions, we recommend booking in advance to claim your spot. You can book online at www.deeden.com.au or keep up with their socials @deedenbuderim.

Find them on the 1st Floor at 87 Burnett St, Buderim QLD 4556 on Gubbi Gubbi Country (next to Buderim Tavern).
